Here are the most common questions about our works, buying and our services. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, write to geral@gonarts.com.
How can I buy a work?
Every work is sold directly by GONARTS. On each artwork page you will find the Enquire button. Send us your request and we will reply personally, usually within 24 hours, with the price, condition and delivery options.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
We prefer to share the price in a direct conversation, together with everything you need to know about the work: provenance, condition, framing and shipping. This way every enquiry receives the attention it deserves.
Can I enquire about several works at once?
Yes. Mark the works you are interested in with the heart and use the button in the bottom right corner of the screen to send a single enquiry for all of them.
Are the works original?
Yes. Every work is original and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. For photography and prints, we always state the edition and its number.
How can I pay?
Payment details are arranged directly with you at the time of purchase. We accept bank transfer and other methods by agreement.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Every work is professionally packed and fully insured throughout its journey. Cost and delivery time depend on the size of the work and its destination, and are confirmed before purchase.
Do you install the work?
Yes. We can install the work on site, with care for light, height and the surrounding space. This service is available in mainland Portugal and, on request, elsewhere.
Can the work be framed?
Yes. We offer bespoke framing, chosen together with you and, whenever possible, with the artist.
Can I commission a work from an artist?
Yes. We connect collectors, companies and architects with our artists to develop commissioned works. Get in touch and we will explore together what you have in mind.
Do you work with companies, architects and interior designers?
Yes. We develop curatorial projects for offices, homes and hospitality spaces, from the selection of works to their installation.
Does GONARTS have a physical space?
GONARTS is a nomadic gallery. We present works in partner spaces and in our own exhibitions and experiences. Visits and private viewings are by appointment.

I am an artist. How can I submit my work?
Send your portfolio to geral@gonarts.com. We review every submission carefully and will reply whenever there is interest in taking things further.
